The hotel was actually pretty spacious with a kitchen, and the unlimited ice cream in the evening was a nice touch. The staff was accommodating and the to-and-from airport service was outstanding, although some seemed less than enthused at times. The location is good for shopping and access to the airport, offering a nice change from the usual lobby setup. The breakfast was great but ended a bit early on Saturday. Overall, a comfortable stay with a mix of positive and negative aspects.
The hotel is conveniently located just off I-90 at exit 52E, surrounded by various dining options and retail stores. The rooms provided ample space but could have been tidier, especially the bathroom door that needed maintenance. The service was consistently excellent, with super helpful staff available for various needs.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were spacious, dark enough for a good night's sleep, and offered excellent value for money. The staff, especially the housekeeping team, balanced comfort and amenities exceptionally well. However, there was an issue with a sofa bed blocking some floor space, but that was manageable. The location near the Galeria Mall and easy access to I90 was a definite highlight, although positioning for work was slightly awkward.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, providing enough sleeping space for all six of us. The dark ambiance allowed us to sleep until 9 am, yet still make it in time for breakfast. The sofa-bed, when closed, offered lots of extra floor space and the unlimited ice cream in the evening was a great treat.
